锻炼方法：手握扶手，双脚分别站在踏板上，调整身体重心，双脚前后走动，运动速度不可太快，动中双脚不得离开踏板，欲停止使用时，先不施加力量使速度减慢，待速度慢到足以用双脚的反向作用力使转轮停下方向可离开器材。
